The good news? Most providers now have fast, easy-to-use online portals or apps that let you manage your health insurance policy and submit claims in just a few clicks. We’re seeing more and more of our clients get their health insurance claims sorted faster and with less hassle by using these tools—and we think you should give them a go if you haven’t already.

To make things easy, here’s a quick guide to accessing your health insurance provider’s online services.

AIA

My AIA is an online customer portal and mobile app that lets you manage your AIA policies, submit health insurance claims, and check your profile.

The NIB app is the quickest and easiest way to submit health insurance claims, upload receipts, and track your progress.

Partners Life

Partners Life has a super straightforward online health insurance claim form that takes about five minutes to complete.

For any claim (especially non-urgent ones), we recommend starting with a pre-approval.

Southern Cross

The fastest way to claim with Southern Cross is through My Southern Cross (their online portal) or the mobile app.

You can track your claim and access all your policy info at any time.

Faster than a paper claim form

These online tools are much faster than calling or posting in a paper claim form—and they’re available 24/7. If you haven’t tried them yet, we highly recommend it!

Of course, if you get stuck or need your insurance policy number handy, just reach out—we’re always happy to help. But where possible, we encourage you to try these digital options first. They really do save you time.
